Notifications

Notifications keep operational updates visible without pulling you out of the current workflow.

Where notifications appear

• Header bell: quick view of recent notifications.
• Notifications page: searchable list with detail rail and status filters.
• Slack delivery: available when Slack notification delivery is configured.

Use the quick view

1. Click the bell in the header.
2. Review the latest notifications.
3. Click View all to open the full page.

Use the notifications page

The page supports:

• search by title, project, source, or notification ID
• filters for all, unread, and needs action
• mark one notification as read
• mark all visible unread notifications as read
• load more notifications when more are available

Common triggers

Notifications may be created when:

• a decision changes
• a captured source creates a new record
• a project or team recipient needs attention
• an integration event needs review
• a contact email arrives for platform super admins
