Verachi keeps search close to the work. Start from the record type you already know, then use chat when you need synthesis.

Lists

Use the main lists for precise lookup:

  • Projects: filter by project, slug, or description.
  • Decisions: filter by title, owner, project, record ID, status, or time.
  • Risks: filter by title, summary, recommendation, target, owner, linked artifact, evidence excerpt, state, and sort order.
  • Guidelines: filter by name, category, template, slug, or check.
  • Notifications: filter by title, project, source, or notification ID.

Use Search workspace from the header to:

  • search decisions
  • search risks
  • open a matching decision
  • open a matching risk
  • create a new decision
  • start Ask Verachi from the typed question

In Chats, attach context before asking:

  • project
  • decision
  • document

This is best when the question needs multiple sources, not just one record.

Graphs

Use graph views when relationships matter:

  • a decision graph for nearby decisions and evidence
  • a project graph for inputs, guidelines, decisions, risks, and dependencies

Tips

  • Search lists when you know the record type.
  • Use the graph when the relationship is the question.
  • Use chat when you need a grounded explanation with citations.
